Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, June 2025 – Nanosonics has announced the appointment of Erin Galloway as Vice President, People and Culture, North America. In this pivotal leadership role, Erin will be responsible for driving the company’s talent management, compensation and benefits, employee development, and culture-building initiatives. Her focus will be on attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent as Nanosonics continues its North American growth and enhances the overall employee experience.
Erin brings a wealth of experience to Nanosonics, having most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources at Lids in Indianapolis. There, she led technical and functional HR components across talent acquisition, organizational development, leadership development, and total rewards for the brand’s North American operations.
Before her tenure at Lids, Erin spent more than eleven years at Stericycle, where she advanced from Senior Director, Human Resources to Vice President, Human Resources, International and Commercial. Her responsibilities included leading global HR strategy, talent development, succession planning, M&A integration, and culture transformation for a geographically diverse organization. Erin was also a key partner to the CCO, EVP, and international senior leadership team, ensuring alignment of HR strategy with business objectives.
Earlier, Erin served as Global Director of Human Resources at Carnegie Mellon University (Doha, Qatar), where she coordinated policies and programs supporting the US-to-Qatar expatriate process, onboarding, compensation, and staff well-being for the university’s global campus.
She previously held senior HR roles at Aimco and began her career as Human Resources Manager at C.P. Morgan, building her expertise in training and development, organizational design, and business partnering.
