Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, April 2026 – Harshil Bhatt has been elevated to the role of Site HR Head at Zydus MedTech, reinforcing the organization’s focus on strengthening on-ground HR leadership and enhancing workforce effectiveness.
In this role, Harshil will focus on driving employee engagement, optimizing HR processes, and fostering a high-performance workplace culture, playing a key role in aligning people strategies with operational and business goals.
Prior to this elevation, Harshil served as Lead Talent Acquisition – Associate Director at Cipla, where he led talent acquisition strategies, driving hiring excellence and strengthening workforce capabilities in a highly competitive pharmaceutical landscape.
Earlier, he spent nearly a decade with the Zydus Group, where he progressed through multiple HR leadership roles including Senior Manager – HRBP, Manager HR, Associate Manager HR, and Deputy Manager HR. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in manpower planning, talent management, performance management, HR automation, and employee engagement, contributing significantly to the organization’s HR transformation journey.
Before that, Harshil worked with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd., where he managed end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, building strong expertise in hiring for technical and support functions across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
He began his career at Randstad, where he worked as a Staffing Specialist, supporting multinational clients in hiring across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and chemical sectors, building a strong foundation in recruitment and client servicing.
With over 15 years of experience, Harshil brings deep expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR transformation, positioning him strongly to lead HR at the site level for Zydus MedTech.
