Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – October 2024 – Vikram Mukherjee has joined Accenture as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where he will lead global recruitment strategies and deliver innovative talent solutions to drive growth and transformation across the organization.
Before his current role, Vikram Mukherjee served as Vice President of HR Operations & Transformation at Accenture. He played a key role in setting up HR shared service centers, transforming large-scale recruitment processes, and implementing talent acquisition and succession management solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
In his earlier role at Accenture, Vikram was the Vice President of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition. He led talent attraction, strategic sourcing, and talent fulfillment across Accenture Operations, managing diverse talent channels and building recruitment capabilities. His leadership focused on strategic sourcing, customer relationship management, and diversity hiring initiatives.
Prior to joining Accenture, Vikram was the Vice President, Global Recruitment Head at SLK Global Solutions, where he managed both India and U.S. delivery for over four years. He played a key role in global sourcing, strategic planning, and recruiting solutions, further strengthening his expertise in talent management.
Vikram also held the position of AVP-Recruitment at [24]7.ai, overseeing recruitment delivery for India. His experience includes roles at Reliance Communications, Tech Mahindra Business Services, and Convergys, where he developed strong HR management, hiring, and recruitment capabilities.
