Vinay brings over two decades of diverse financial leadership experience across industries. Prior to joining ORNET, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd., where he led financial strategies for business expansion, investor relations, and compliance with SEBI’s listing provisions. Before that, he was the Director & Chief Financial Officer at Gemstone Glass Private Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in cost optimization and operational turnaround.
Vinay’s career highlights also include significant stints at Akar Auto Industries Limited, IRM Limited (Cadila Pharma Group), and Karvy Comtrade Limited, where he developed robust financial frameworks, spearheaded IPO-related activities, and managed corporate finance strategies. His earlier roles at Satyam Computer Services Limited, Panasonic India Pvt. Ltd., and Ruchi Health Foods Ltd. further underscore his comprehensive expertise in financial planning, corporate governance, and strategic leadership.
