In his new role, Vinny will lead the company’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, organizational design, and employee engagement programs, reinforcing Rev’s mission to unlock the power of the human voice through innovative technology and exceptional teams.
Vinny’s journey at Rev spans more than four years, marked by consistent growth and impact. Before taking on his current role, he served as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where he led strategic, end-to-end recruiting processes that supported Rev’s expansion across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Product functions. He spearheaded the transition from Greenhouse to Ashby ATS, optimizing recruitment efficiency, reporting, and candidate experience. His leadership also strengthened Rev’s employer branding and recognition programs, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement across the organization.
Previously, as Recruiting Manager for Go-To-Market (GTM) at Rev, Vinny played a key role in scaling teams across business functions by introducing process automation, enhancing hiring quality, and aligning recruitment strategies with company growth objectives. His data-driven and people-centric approach helped Rev achieve a faster hiring cycle and stronger alignment between hiring teams and leadership.
Before joining Rev, Vinny spent over four years with Microdesk (now Symetri USA), where he served as Talent Acquisition Manager. There, he led a high-performing team that successfully hired over 100 professionals annually across technical and commercial roles, reducing agency dependence and implementing data-led hiring practices. His focus on process optimization and recruiter development helped establish Microdesk as a competitive employer in the architecture and engineering technology sector.
Vinny’s earlier experiences include roles as Recruiter at Microdesk, HR Associate (Recruiting) at MetTel, and Branch Operations Supervisor at Northfield Bank, where he honed his leadership, operations, and talent management skills. These experiences provided him with a holistic understanding of both business operations and people strategy—an expertise that continues to shape his HR leadership style.
