Ahmedabad ,Gujarat, India, September 2025 — Simero Ceramic has announced the appointment of Vinod Vyas as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. With over 25 years of expertise in human capital management, strategic HR, organizational development, and industrial relations, Vinod brings a wealth of experience from leading organizations across India and the Middle East.
Before joining Simero Ceramic, Vinod served as Head of Human Capital at Asian Granito India Ltd., where he drove workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR strategy. He also played a pivotal role as General Manager – HR (Sales HR, OD & HR Ops.) at Simpolo Vitrified Pvt. Ltd., leading HR operations and organizational transformation across PAN India.
Earlier in his career, Vinod held senior leadership roles at Classic Marble Company, where he spearheaded corporate and plant HR initiatives, policy design, and performance management systems. His international experience includes serving as Manager – HR at Al Turki Enterprises LLC in Muscat, strengthening his global HR perspective.
His professional journey also includes impactful roles at Comart Group, Geo Chem Lab Pvt. Ltd., India Online, and CMS Info Systems, where he established strong foundations in recruitment, HRIS, compliance, payroll, industrial relations, and employee engagement.
Vinod holds an MBA in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai, and a Certificate in Performance Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. His academic grounding, coupled with decades of diverse HR leadership experience, uniquely positions him to align Simero Ceramic’s people strategy with its growth ambitions.
