Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – Viral Davda has stepped into the role of Deputy Chief Information Officer at Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE), one of Asia’s oldest and most prestigious financial institutions. In this role, he will spearhead key technology strategies, support large-scale transformation initiatives, and help drive BSE’s commitment to technology excellence and innovation in capital markets.
Viral brings over 16 years of leadership experience from NCDEX, where he rose through the ranks to become Chief Technology Officer. Throughout his tenure, he played a critical role in digital transformation, product development, and large-scale technology initiatives. His earlier roles at NCDEX included Executive Vice President and Head of Technology, Senior Vice President, and Vice President – Technology, demonstrating consistent growth and trust in his capabilities.

Before NCDEX, Viral worked with Datamatics as Lead Consultant – Business Analysis, where he handled enterprise solutions, requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination. He also held a Project Manager role at Agilisys, managing multiple technology teams and leading strategic projects across business domains.
His early experience includes working at Aditya Birla Minacs as Senior Executive – Information Systems, where he contributed to business requirement documentation, system architecture design, and user training. With over two decades of experience across fintech and capital market technology, Viral brings deep expertise in technology leadership, digital infrastructure, and enterprise-scale IT operations.
