Mumbai, India, November 2024 – Vishalli Dongrie has been named the HR Transformation Leader India at PwC India, where she will spearhead initiatives in HR transformation, workforce strategy, and organizational development, contributing to PwC’s commitment to building trust and solving critical business challenges.
With over two decades of experience, Vishalli has held leadership positions across global consulting firms. Most recently, she was the Lead for Organization, People, and Culture at Arthur D. Little, focusing on transformation projects across the Middle East and India.
Prior to that, Vishalli spent eight years at KPMG as Partner and Head of Organization, People, and Leadership Transformation, where she led innovative initiatives in organizational design, leadership development, and HR transformation.
Her tenure at Deloitte as Partner – Organization and People Transformation saw her managing all service lines in Human Capital Consulting, including talent and leadership, performance and rewards, organizational design, and HR due diligence during mergers and acquisitions.
Earlier in her career, Vishalli served as Director and Head BFSI Talent and Organizational Consulting at Hewitt Associates, and as Principal Consultant – Human Capital Consulting at ECS Private Limited, where she specialized in talent and leadership strategies.
