Atlanta, Georgia, United States, September 2025 – Wolters Kluwer has appointed Viviane S. as Vice President, Colleague Engagement & Belonging. In her new role, Viviane will lead global strategies to strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and connection across the organization, ensuring that colleague voices remain central to shaping workplace culture. She described the opportunity as both “inspiring and humbling”, highlighting her commitment to nurturing cultures where people thrive and contribute to Wolters Kluwer’s long legacy of innovation and trusted expertise.
Viviane joins Wolters Kluwer from Boeing, where she most recently served as Global Culture Transformation PMO Leader, spearheading one of the company’s top strategic priorities in 2025. Earlier, she took on the role of Global Head of Learning, Talent, Development & Workplace Culture (Interim) for Boeing Defense Systems and was Head of Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion for Corporate Functions, leading DEI strategies for over 80,000 employees.
Before Boeing, Viviane co-founded Found Professionals, where she advised organizations on inclusive hiring and growth strategies. Alongside this, she ran her own business as President/Owner of LaVida Massage of Sandy Springs, where she developed business strategies and served as a diversity expert on the company’s national council.
Her earlier career includes a decade at Rockwell Collins, where she served as International HRBP and Global Expatriate Program Leader and Sr. Leader – Diversity & Inclusion Programs and Strategy, leading global HR programs and corporate-wide DEI initiatives. Viviane also held leadership roles at Pearson as Senior Project Manager and at Alliant Energy as International Business & Diversity Ambassador. She began her career in customer-facing roles at U.S. Bank and LATAM Airlines, building early experience in client relations, business operations, and leadership.
