Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, December 2025 – Wajma Haider has been promoted to the role of Senior Director HR Business Partnerships at Miral Experiences, strengthening the organisation’s people leadership at a time of rapid growth and global expansion.
In her expanded role, Wajma Haider is responsible for leading strategic HR business partnerships across Miral’s world-class portfolio of immersive destinations and experiences in Abu Dhabi. She will continue to drive employee engagement, talent management, succession planning and HR policy governance to support Miral’s dynamic workforce ecosystem.
In her journey with Miral Experiences, Wajma has built a strong legacy of people leadership over more than four years, progressing through roles including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Director – Business Partnership, and now Senior Director HR Business Partnerships. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening HR frameworks across Miral’s growing portfolio of attractions and experiential destinations.
Prior to Miral, Wajma Haider spent several years at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where she served as HR Business Partner and earlier in corporate HR roles, partnering closely with leadership on workforce planning, succession strategy, compensation, and performance management across critical investment functions.
Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation in HR operations and business partnering at Schlumberger, where she supported large-scale business units across the UAE, managing recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and talent development initiatives. She also held early professional roles at alliantgroup, Empyrean Benefit Solutions, and LensCrafters, gaining wide exposure to HR consulting, benefits administration, and employee relations.
