Fredericksburg, Virginia, United States, June 2024 – Nicole Fassnacht has joined SimVentions as the new Director of Talent & Organizational Development. Fassnacht is thrilled to leverage her extensive experience in talent and organizational development to drive SimVentions’ growth and enhance its workforce strategies.
Fassnacht’s most recent role was at Serco, where she held several positions over approximately eight years. As the Senior Manager, Talent & Organization Development for over two years, she led strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
Fassnacht also served as the Manager, Talent & Organization Development for one year, focusing on talent management strategies and employee development programs. Prior to this, she was the Division Lead, Talent & Strategic Programs for three years, where she spearheaded programs to align talent strategies with business goals.
Fassnacht’s journey at Serco began as a Talent Management Analyst, where she contributed to the development and implementation of talent management processes, and later as a Recruiter, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Before joining Serco, Fassnacht started her career at SimVentions as an HR Intern for just over a year, gaining foundational experience in human resources and organizational development.
