Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Citi has promoted Kamlesh Pitroda to the position of Senior Vice President, recognizing his decade-long contribution to the global financial institution and his continued progression through leadership roles across analytics and data-driven business functions.
The promotion marks another milestone in Kamlesh’s career at Citi, where he has steadily advanced through increasingly senior positions over the past ten years.
Kamlesh joined Citi in October 2015 as an Assistant Manager, beginning a career journey that reflects consistent growth through the organization’s leadership pipeline. Across these roles, he has built expertise in data analysis, SAS/SQL, analytics, and business intelligence while supporting the bank’s data-driven decision-making and business operations.
Before joining Citi, Kamlesh spent nearly five years with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a SAS Consultant, where he developed strong capabilities in analytics, data management, and SAS-based business solutions while working with enterprise clients.
With more than 15 years of professional experience spanning banking, financial services, analytics, and technology consulting, Kamlesh has established a strong foundation in data-driven business solutions, analytical decision-making, and enterprise analytics.
His promotion to Senior Vice President reflects Citi’s continued emphasis on developing internal leadership talent and recognizing professionals who contribute to business growth through analytical excellence and operational expertise.
