New York, United States, December 2025 — Will Craig has taken on a new leadership role as Vice President of People Solutions at IMPACT Group, where he will focus on designing and delivering customized people and workforce solutions to help organizations navigate increasingly complex, tech-enabled talent environments. In this role, he collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, maximize human potential, and support organizational success.
In his current role at IMPACT Group, Will Craig brings together expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, and workforce strategy. As Vice President of People Solutions, he works on building scalable, client-centric people solutions aligned with the full workforce management lifecycle, supporting IMPACT Group’s mission in relocation, talent development, and outplacement services.
Prior to this appointment, Will Craig served as Vice President of Revenue Operations at IMPACT Group, where he supported the growth of outplacement and leadership development services through scalable coaching solutions, strategic partnerships, and operational leadership, contributing to business expansion across distributed teams.
Earlier, he held roles as Director of Executive Leadership Coaching and Senior Consultant, Leadership Development at IMPACT Group, where he supported leadership development programs, executive coaching engagements, and the expansion of leadership practices aimed at addressing talent scarcity and rising workforce costs.
Beyond IMPACT Group, Will Craig is the Founder & CEO of ELDR, a role he continues to hold, focused on solving practical and emotional barriers to end-of-life preparation. He has also held extensive leadership and executive coaching roles at Handel Group®, where he served in senior executive capacities including CFO, President, EVP, and Senior Coach, alongside earlier experience in education, coaching, and program leadership across multiple organizations.
