Cupertino, California, United States, January 2025 – Kevan Parekh has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Apple, succeeding Luca Maestri. In his new role, he will lead Apple’s global finance operations, ensuring strategic financial planning, capital structure management, and long-term fiscal health.
Kevan Parekh has been with Apple for approximately 11 years, where he held leadership roles in Finance and Product Marketing. Throughout his tenure, he has played a significant role in managing financial strategies, product marketing initiatives, and driving business growth from Apple’s Cupertino headquarters.

Before joining Apple, Kevan spent approximately four years at Thomson Reuters, where he served as Corporate Treasurer and later as Vice President of Finance for the Professional Division. His contributions included financial leadership, capital management, and oversight of corporate treasury operations in New York.
Prior to Thomson Reuters, Kevan worked with General Motors Corporation for approximately five years in various financial leadership roles. He served as Regional Treasurer for Europe in Zurich and earlier as Director of Business Development and Manager of Capital Markets in the New York Treasurer’s Office. His responsibilities included financial strategy development, capital market management, and business development initiatives.
Kevan Parekh holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, bringing a solid educational foundation in finance and strategic business management.
