Hong Kong – Xu Chris has recently been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PURE Group. Based in Hong Kong, Chris brings an extensive 20-year background in human resources management across multiple leading luxury and fashion brands.
Before joining PURE Group, Xu Chris served as the Global Head of Human Resources at Qeelin from January 2021 to April 2024, where she oversaw HR strategies that significantly enhanced global operations and employee engagement within the luxury sector in Shanghai, China.
From April 2019, Xu concurrently held the position of Regional Head of HR for Kering’s Watch and Jewellery division in Asia Pacific. During her tenure, which lasted five years, she was instrumental in aligning HR operations with the strategic growth objectives across the region, boosting workforce productivity and satisfaction.
Prior to her roles at Kering and Qeelin, Chris was the HR Manager for Theory and Helmut Lang in China from January 2016 to April 2019. In this role, she managed human resources activities for the fashion brands, focusing on talent acquisition, training, and developing HR policies that supported business needs and employee development.
Chris also contributed significantly to Bulgari as an HR Manager from September 2010 to January 2016, where her efforts were pivotal in staffing and talent management during a period of substantial organizational growth. Before Bulgari, she honed his skills in executive search as a consultant at Intelligence Empresaria, specializing in headhunting from June 2004 to April 2010.
