Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, Israel, September 2024 – Yael Maori has officially taken on the role of Chief People Officer at AMOS-Spacecom, where she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on people development and organizational growth. With over four years of experience at AMOS-Spacecom, Yael brings deep knowledge of the company’s operations and a strong track record of leadership.
Yael has been a part of AMOS-Spacecom since September 2020, where she initially served in Sales Operations. In June 2022, she transitioned to Chief of Staff, overseeing cross-functional strategic initiatives and acting as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.
Prior to joining AMOS-Spacecom, Yael held significant leadership roles in the telecommunications sector, including Operational Director at HOT and Service Assurance Manager at Gilat Telecom. Her extensive experience also includes managing large teams and developing customer service operations during her time at Pelephone, where she rose through the ranks over a decade.
