Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, March 2026 — Yamila Figueredo has started a new position as Manager – Talent Acquisition at Wynn Al Marjan Island, described as the region’s first integrated gaming resort. In this role, she joins the talent acquisition leadership supporting hiring priorities as the project builds teams to deliver large-scale guest experiences.
In her current role at Wynn Al Marjan Island, Yamila Figueredo has taken charge of talent acquisition responsibilities as Manager – Talent Acquisition, based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, bringing experience across hospitality, leisure, and people operations.Prior to joining Wynn Al Marjan Island, she was associated with Miral Experiences, where she progressed from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting hiring across the organization in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Earlier, she worked with Raffles The Palm Dubai as a Human Resources Coordinator, contributing to HR coordination and people support functions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Before that, she was with Hilton as an Entertainment Assistant in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and also took on a short-term task force assignment as Front Desk Assistant (Task Force) at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi in the Maldives.
She previously worked with DoubleTree by Hilton as an Entertainment Coordinator in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and earlier in her career served as a Legal Assistant at Rocheray &Tessi Lawyers in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina.
