Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, October 2025 — Yatin Kamat has started a new position as Global Head of Talent at Fertiglobe, where he will lead the company’s global talent strategy, organizational development, and people-focused initiatives. His appointment reflects Fertiglobe’s strong commitment to advancing human capital strategies in alignment with its position as a global leader in nitrogen fertilizer and ammonia production.
Yatin joins Fertiglobe after a successful 11-year career with Accenture, where he held multiple leadership positions in strategy and consulting. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager – Strategy & Consulting in Amsterdam, leading large-scale transformation projects, people and performance initiatives, and advising global clients on business and workforce strategies. His tenure also included roles as Strategy & Consulting Manager and Strategy Manager across the Netherlands and India.
Earlier in his career, Yatin worked with Oracle in Hyderabad as part of the Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP) & Middleware team, contributing to technical development, systems integration, and enterprise solutions. His role allowed him to strengthen his expertise in building scalable enterprise systems while working with diverse teams and technologies.
Yatin also demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit as the Founder & CEO of BTree Solutions, where he developed a web-based learning management system and successfully scaled the platform to multiple Indian cities, gaining thousands of active users. This early entrepreneurial journey honed his leadership, operational, and innovation skills.
In addition to his professional career, Yatin is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (MBA, Business Administration and Management) and has also completed an executive program in Leading with Analytics from Kellogg Executive Education at Northwestern University. These academic and leadership credentials further complement his ability to build and lead global talent strategies at Fertiglobe.
