Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 2024 – Yazan Rahahleh has joined LikeCard as the new Head of Human Resources. Yazan brings extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership to this new role, ready to enhance HR functions and support the growth of the organization.
Yazan Rahahleh has been with LikeCard for nearly two years. Prior to his current role, he served as the Human Resources Manager for nearly two years, where he was responsible for developing HR practices and objectives that provided an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
At Arab Wings, Yazan served as the Regional Senior Human Resources Supervisor for almost five years, overseeing the development of succession plans, HR policies, and processes, and managing the selection and recruitment process.
Yazan worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at 01 Inventions Ltd. for about a year, managing the full cycle of the recruiting process and maintaining employee records.
At Jordan Dubai Bank, he was a Compliance HR Analyst for four years, developing KYC guidelines and implementing anti-money laundering procedures.
Earlier in his career, Yazan served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Mazaya Recruitment for over two years, where he screened applicants, conducted interviews, and arranged final interview schedules for clients.
