With over 25 years of experience in global business transformation, operations, and client strategy, Yogi brings a distinguished track record of driving organizational growth and digital excellence across industries. Prior to joining IBM, he held senior leadership roles at WNS, including Global Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President, where he helped scale the company’s market capitalization from $400 million to $4 billion over a decade. He played a pivotal role in expanding WNS’s footprint across insurance, healthcare, banking, shipping, logistics, retail, and manufacturing—spearheading go-to-market strategies, digital enablement, and AI-powered business solutions.
Before his successful tenure at WNS, Yogi spent over a decade with EXL Service, where he led Sales for Insurance and Healthcare, establishing the vertical as a key growth engine generating over $175 million in annual revenue. His early experience at eFunds, Genpact (GE Capital International Services), and Essar Cellphones provided him with a deep understanding of operations, client management, process migration, and business optimization—laying the foundation for his expertise in driving sustainable business transformation.
