Sandton, South Africa – November 2024 – OneSpark has appointed Zelda Kraftt as the new Head of Human Resources. In this role, Zelda will lead the HR strategies, fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace culture aligned with OneSpark’s mission of transforming the insurance industry with advanced technology and transparency.
Zelda joins OneSpark after a successful tenure at Provantage Media Group as Group Manager Human Capital, where she spent nearly a decade managing HR operations, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives. At Provantage, Zelda was instrumental in shaping the human capital framework, ensuring cohesive HR practices and driving employee engagement within the field sales, informal structures, and project divisions. Her skills in strategic HR leadership, job description development, and HR project management were key in supporting the organization’s growth.
Previously, Zelda held the role of National HR Manager at Imperial Retail Solutions, where she oversaw HR functions across three business units, including recruitment, performance management, and the design and implementation of a performance measurement system. She also developed succession plans and managed industrial relations, representing the company at the CCMA and guiding managers on HR processes.
Her earlier experiences include roles at 3D Marketing Services and Essilor, where she worked as an HR Generalist and Payroll Administrator, respectively. In these roles, she focused on recruitment, training, skills development, and HR systems management, gaining extensive experience in both operational and strategic HR functions.
