Cape Town, South Africa – November 2024 – CXI is pleased to welcome Lisa February as the new Head of Human Resources. In this role, Lisa will lead the HR initiatives across CXI’s operations, driving employee engagement and fostering a culture that aligns with the company’s mission of delivering bespoke, technology-driven solutions with a human touch.
Lisa brings a wealth of experience from her previous position as People Partner at Concentrix, where she spent six years developing strategic partnerships, leading talent initiatives, and contributing to executive management in the Cape Town area. Her expertise in leadership, talent strategy, and strategic partnerships played a key role in supporting Concentrix’s growth and commitment to quality service.
Prior to Concentrix, Lisa served as Human Resources Business Partner at Innovation Group South Africa, where she focused on talent strategies and leadership development. Her experience also includes a role as HR Consultant at RCS, where she managed HR operations and provided consulting services that aligned with the company’s business objectives. Additionally, as Operations Manager at Quest Staffing Solutions, Lisa oversaw client relationships, talent recruitment, and Flexstaff management, honing her ability to meet client needs with customized HR solutions.
