In her new role, she will lead the talent acquisition strategy across Europe, driving workforce transformation, recruitment innovation, and employer brand expansion.
Zoe has been with Fujitsu for over nine years, demonstrating an exceptional trajectory within the organization. Most recently, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition UK&I, where she led end-to-end hiring across early careers, professional, and contingent recruitment. She developed and executed talent marketing strategies and streamlined sourcing capabilities to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
Prior to that, Zoe served as Lead Recruitment Business Partner at Fujitsu, providing tailored recruitment solutions and building talent strategies aligned with business needs. She led a team of recruiters, enhanced time-to-hire metrics, and championed diversity in hiring practices. Her focus on direct sourcing, EVP promotion, and recruitment innovation made a lasting impact.
Before joining Fujitsu, Zoe held the position of Branch Manager at Academics Ltd, where she managed educational recruitment across Warrington and Halton, building trusted partnerships with schools. Her earlier experiences include recruitment roles at Lorien Resourcing, Elan IT, HP, and IBM, where she gained full-cycle hiring and operational coordination experience in the IT and engineering sectors.
