Zoë Egling Appointed as Head of Learning and Development at JESA S.A

Morocco, June 2024 – Zoë Egling has joined JESA S.A as the new Head of Learning and Development. With a robust background in talent management and development, Zoë brings a wealth of experience to her new role at JESA S.A, where she will be instrumental in driving innovative and sustainable solutions for industrial and urban advancement.

Prior to joining JESA S.A, Zoë Egling spent nearly ten years at Worley RSA. In her most recent role as a Talent Management and Development Specialist, she was responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of talent development programs that significantly improved employee engagement and performance. Before this, she served as a Senior Talent Management and Development Advisor, where she played a critical role in talent strategy formulation and execution. Zoë also led the Talent Acquisition team for Southern and Eastern Africa, driving strategic recruitment initiatives that met the organization’s growing needs. Her journey at Worley RSA began as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, where she successfully streamlined recruitment processes and enhanced the candidate experience.

Before her tenure at Worley, Zoë worked with Jacobs for over five years. As an HR Delivery Partner and Talent Acquisition Advisor, she managed end-to-end recruitment processes and partnered with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies. Earlier in her career at Jacobs, she served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and an HR Officer, where she focused on talent sourcing and HR operations. She began her journey with Jacobs as a Human Resources Graduate, gaining foundational HR skills and knowledge.
