Raj brings extensive experience in HR operations, legal compliance, and conflict resolution, which will be instrumental in driving Gepach’s human resources strategy forward.
Raj Sethia joins Gepach from INFINITY CARE HOSPITAL, where he served as Senior Human Resources Manager for a year and two months. At Infinity Care Hospital, Raj was responsible for managing HR operations, legal compliance, and employee relations, demonstrating his ability to handle complex HR challenges.
Prior to that, Raj held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Nahar Hospital for four months. His role involved overseeing HR functions, conflict resolution, and ensuring effective HR operations.
Earlier, Raj served as Head of Human Resources at R&R Multispeciality Hospital for almost five years. He managed various HR activities, including team management, training and development, and legal compliance, contributing significantly to the hospital’s HR framework.
In his earlier career, Raj worked with several notable organizations, including First Flight Couriers Limited, Prasanna Purple Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Allcargo Global Logistic Ltd, Pratibha Syntex Ltd., and Mexican Phosphates Ltd. In these roles, he gained valuable experience in HR operations, legal compliance, team management, and strategic HR initiatives, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
