Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2024 – Hari Prashanth has been named Director Talent Acquisition at Veltris, stepping into his new role this month. Hari’s extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment positions him well to lead Veltris’s talent strategies.
Hari has been with Veltris for 9 months. Prior to his current role, he served as Associate Director Talent Acquisition for 9 months. During this time, he demonstrated strong skills in internal recruitment and corporate recruiting, contributing significantly to the company’s talent acquisition efforts.
Before joining Veltris, Hari worked at West Agile Labs for nearly three years as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition. In this role, he led the talent acquisition team, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent to support the company’s growth and innovation.
Prior to West Agile Labs, Hari was a Talent Partner at Instrukart Holdings for 2 years and 8 months. He played a crucial role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, ensuring the organization hired skilled professionals to meet its business objectives.
Hari’s career includes a significant tenure at Emids, where he served as Senior Manager Recruitment and Recruitment Manager for a total of over 4 years. His responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes, managing recruitment teams, and driving successful hiring initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Hari worked at DST WorldWideServices as Manager HR, Deputy Manager HR, and Assistant Manager HR. During his 4 years and 7 months at DST, he managed various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Hari’s experience also includes roles at Polaris Software Lab as Assistant Manager HR and Senior HR Executive, and at Tata Consultancy Services as an Executive. These roles provided him with a strong foundation in HR and recruitment, preparing him for his leadership positions in talent acquisition.
