Bringing extensive experience in human resources and operational management, Saud will be leading kipi.bi’s operational strategies and initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
Saud Zafar joins kipi.bi with a rich background in human resources and operations. At kipi.bi, he will focus on leading and optimizing operations to support the company’s mission of delivering rapid data insights at scale.
Before joining kipi.bi, Saud served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Phreesia for a brief period, where he managed HR strategies and initiatives. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Human Resources at Rayden Interactive, where he led HR functions and contributed to the company’s growth.
Saud’s previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Exxat, Global Head of HR at Fulcrum Digital Inc, and Manager-HCM at Fujitsu Global. In these positions, he played crucial roles in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, driving cultural transformation, and enhancing employee engagement.
Earlier in his career, Saud worked at Dassault Systèmes, where he was instrumental in implementing HR best practices and talent management frameworks. He also held significant roles at Kantar Operations and Infosys, where he managed end-to-end HR processes and contributed to strategic HR initiatives.
