Montreal, Quebec, Canada, June 2024 – Feyzah Abdelmoumen has joined MIP Inc as the new Head of Talent & Culture. With a robust background in human resources and organizational development, Feyzah will spearhead the talent and culture initiatives to foster growth and enhance employee engagement.
Before joining MIP Inc, Feyzah served as Head of Talent & Culture at Youville Haussmann Park for over a year. In this role, she managed HR operations and drove strategic initiatives to support the company’s cultural and talent development goals.
Prior to that, she was the Head of People & Culture at Goalcast, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s HR policies and fostering a positive work environment. Her contributions significantly improved employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Feyzah also held the position of Vice-President, Talent & Culture at Stradigi AI, where she led HR operations and contributed to the company’s strategic planning and execution. Her efforts were pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Earlier in her career, Feyzah served as the Vice President, Global Human Resources at Pomelo Health (acquired by Telus Health), where she managed HR functions and drove initiatives to support the company’s growth and employee development. She also worked as a Human Resources Business Leader & Consultant at Pomelo Health, where she provided strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team.
Feyzah’s extensive experience also includes roles such as Principal, Human Resources at Richter, Director, Human Resources at Airbnb (formerly Luxury Retreats), and Operations Coordinator, Human Resources at Richter. Her early career includes positions as a Program Coordinator at CESO|SACO and various HR roles at PKF North America and Fauteux Bruno Bussière Leewarden.
