In this role, Pham will work closely with teams across Mainetti to enhance the employee experience, foster a positive culture, and implement wellness initiatives globally. His work has been recognized in Tho Ha Vinh PhD’s book, “The Happy Organization”, which highlights companies’ efforts to improve employee well-being using the Gross National Happiness (GNH) index.
