Gurugram, India, August 2024 – Shrutika Puri has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the HR operations, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, and supporting the overall growth and success of the hotel.
Prior to joining Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre, Shrutika served as the Human Resources Manager at Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi, Saket for over a year and a half, where she was instrumental in managing HR functions and enhancing employee relations.
Before that, she was the Human Resources and Training Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Agra for over six years. In this role, she led the HR and training functions, contributing significantly to talent development and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Shrutika held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore. She also worked as an HR Executive at Hilton Mumbai International Airport, where she gained valuable experience in various HR processes including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
In addition to her roles within the Hilton brand, Shrutika began her career as a Management Trainee at Le Royal Meridien, Mumbai, where she developed her foundational skills in human resources.
