Morristown, New Jersey, August 2024 – Kevin Hyatt has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Human Resources at Artech L.L.C. In his new role, Kevin will be responsible for overseeing the company’s HR strategies, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, driving leadership development, and aligning HR practices with Artech’s global business goals.
Kevin Hyatt brings a strong background in human resources leadership to Artech. Most recently, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Midway Staffing, where he played a key role in aligning people strategies with corporate initiatives. During his brief tenure, he successfully redesigned the company’s bonus programs to better motivate employees and support organizational priorities.
Before his role at Midway Staffing, Kevin was the SVP of Human Resources – Professional & Executive Interim at Korn Ferry for over a year. In this capacity, he was instrumental in integrating the legacy ICS workforce into Korn Ferry following an acquisition. He also contributed to the development of a leadership playbook that standardized HR practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and growth.
Earlier, Kevin served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ICS, a Korn Ferry company, where he spent nearly two years leading key HR initiatives. He was pivotal during the company’s sale to Korn Ferry, overseeing the development of a comprehensive career pathing program and the redesign of the total rewards program for both internal employees and billable consultants.
Kevin’s career also includes his role as Vice President of Human Resources at ICS. Over three years, he led the transition of the company’s medical benefits to a self-insured model, resulting in significant cost savings. He also pioneered the creation of the DEBI Team, which launched impactful affinity groups and promoted an inclusive workplace culture.
In addition to these roles, Kevin held senior HR positions at Target, Equinox, and Town Sports International, where he was involved in various aspects of HR management, including talent development, operational leadership, and process improvement.
