New Orleans, LA, United States, August 2024 – Kristine Gunn has taken on the role of Vice President People and Culture at Liberty Bank & Trust Co. In this position, Kristine will lead the development and execution of people strategies that align with the bank’s objectives, fostering a high-performance culture and advancing Liberty Bank’s mission of empowering individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their financial goals.
Before joining Liberty Bank & Trust, Kristine was a Leadership Development Consultant at Albertsons Companies for approximately 6 months. In this role, she supported the 250,000-employee grocery retailer in critical talent development areas, including high-potential training, 360 feedback, growth planning, and succession planning, applying metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of performance and talent initiatives.
Prior to that, Kristine served as the Executive Director, Talent and Org Management at TriNet for about 5 years. She was instrumental in launching a new organizational consulting and advisory practice, leading a 13-member team of consultants, and deploying end-to-end talent initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and DEI programs. Her leadership resulted in an average audience satisfaction score of 9.5 out of 10 for the management training programs delivered.
Kristine also gained extensive experience as a Senior Organizational Consultant at Insperity for nearly 9 years. She provided executive development, strategy design, and change management services to small and mid-sized businesses, advising operations with up to 5,000+ employees on human capital and organizational transformation strategies.
Earlier in her career, Kristine founded and operated High Velocity Training, Inc. for approximately 7 years. She provided training design, delivery, coaching, and consulting services, focusing on leadership development, team effectiveness, culture, performance, and navigating change.
