Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, August 2024 – Maunesh Bhatt has taken on a new role as the Director of Global HR and Operations at Dash Technologies Inc. In this capacity, Maunesh will be responsible for overseeing global human resources and operational strategies, aligning them with the company’s objectives to support continued growth and innovation in the technology sector.
Prior to joining Dash Technologies Inc., Maunesh served as the Head – People and OD at Civica India for over 4 years. In this role, he led the HR and organizational development functions, driving talent management, HR transformation, and employee engagement initiatives across the company’s operations in Vadodara.
Before his time at Civica India, Maunesh was the Head of HR & Admin at Vaya Finserv Pvt. Ltd. for 3 years. His responsibilities included organizational development, change initiatives, and workforce planning, contributing significantly to the company’s HR strategy and operations in Hyderabad.
Earlier in his career, Maunesh held senior HR positions at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited, and SBI General Insurance. His extensive experience spans across HR business partnering, talent management, change management, and leadership development, making him a seasoned professional in the HR domain.
