Before her latest role at Caterpillar Inc., Aditi Salvi was pivotal at Solar Turbines, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources for over five years, leading a comprehensive HR function across a global workforce in more than 50 countries. Her strategic initiatives were crucial in enhancing global HR operations and aligning them with broader corporate goals.

At Northrop Grumman, Aditi held the role of Director of Human Resources – Global Engineering, followed by Director of Human Resources – Global Operations. During her tenure, she was instrumental in developing HR strategies that supported Northrop Grumman’s engineering and operational departments, facilitating significant advancements in technology development and organizational efficiency.

During her time with Cummins Inc., Aditi led as Director of Human Resources – Global Engineering for the Engine Business, and later, for their Large Engine Plant. She was responsible for overseeing HR functions for a substantial segment of the organization, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and engagement across a diverse engineering workforce.

Earlier in her career, Aditi enhanced HR capabilities at Berlitz Corporation and Tata Motors, where she developed foundational HR practices and led strategic workforce enhancements. These experiences underscored her ability to adapt and drive HR success in varying corporate landscapes.
