She also held the role of Director HRBP Nike Direct EMEA, further enhancing her expertise in human resources within the retail sector.
Before her tenure at Nike, Williams acted as Interim Chief People Officer at Whyte Bikes Limited, where she oversaw critical HR functions during a transitional phase for the company. Her efforts were pivotal in maintaining workforce stability and supporting the company’s strategic objectives.
Sarah Williams also made significant contributions at Dyson, where she held multiple roles including Global Retail People Capability and Enablement Director. Her leadership was crucial in developing and implementing people strategies that enhanced retail operations globally.
