Cairo, Egypt, September 2024 – Nouran Hassan has been named the new Head of Human Resources at Marico Egypt, bringing extensive HR management expertise to her new role.
Prior to joining Marico Egypt, Nouran Hassan was involved in significant roles across various organizations. Most recently, she served at Kellogg Company where she played a key role in enhancing HR functions within plant operations, focusing on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, and training & development.
Before her tenure at Kellogg, Hassan was a Human Resources Business Partner at bioMérieux. During her appointment, she contributed significantly to HR strategies that bolstered operational goals and enhanced employee engagement.
Nouran Hassan managed HR operations at Vegas Oil & Gas S.A. for several years, aligning HR strategies with corporate objectives and enhancing technological innovation and financial excellence within the company.
Her earlier roles included positions at Vodafone Egypt and CIC – Canadian International College, where she honed her skills in HR advisory and public relations, laying a solid foundation for her subsequent executive roles.
