Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, India, September 2024 – Dr. Purushothaman S has joined Precision Equipments as Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new role, Dr. Purushothaman will oversee the human resources functions, focusing on strategic leadership and HR business partnering to drive growth and operational efficiency for the company.
Before joining Precision Equipments, Dr. Purushothaman S served as Assistant to Vice President Human Resources at Allsec Technologies Limited for over 12 years. During his tenure, he led various HR transformation projects, handled end-to-end HR processes, and implemented HRMS automation, significantly improving efficiency. He also managed compliance with labor laws, implemented initiatives like GPTW and GMI programs, and successfully onboarded and managed payroll for 45,000 employees.
In his earlier career, Dr. Purushothaman played a pivotal role in shaping the HR organization at Allsec by creating a structured HR framework that included benefits, compensation, compliance, and employee relations. His efforts in workforce development and process improvement integration were instrumental in establishing a culture of excellence at Allsec Technologies.
He also demonstrated expertise in handling labor law compliance over the past 15 years, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and maintaining industrial harmony across multiple regions. His contributions in this area helped mitigate legal risks and ensure smooth business operations for the company.
Dr. Purushothaman’s expertise in managing large-scale projects, particularly in HRMS automation for India and Manila, led to a significant reduction in man-hours, enhancing operational efficiency and improving team performance. His experience in implementing HR policies and managing onboarding processes positioned him as a highly respected HR leader in the industry.
