Atlanta, Georgia, United States, September 2024 – Felix Alejandro has been appointed as the new Vice President of Human Resources at JES Holdings, LLC. Felix brings a wealth of HR leadership experience and will oversee corporate HR functions while focusing on talent management and organizational growth. His strategic expertise will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s people-centric initiatives and strengthening its corporate culture.
Prior to joining JES Holdings, Felix Alejandro served as VP, Global Human Resources (CHRO) at PIC Group, Inc. for nearly two years. In this role, he led the Human Resources function, corporate communications, compliance, ethics, and risk management for 750 employees worldwide, reporting directly to the CEO.
Before PIC Group, Felix was the Chief Human Resources Officer at InVeris Training Solutions for about one year, where he was responsible for the global HR strategy and corporate communications for a workforce of 500 employees.
He also spent over six years at Adtalem Global Education, holding several key roles of increasing responsibility, including Global HR Director. Felix’s leadership covered multiple institutions, with responsibilities spanning workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development for a company generating over $1.3 billion in revenue.
Earlier in his career, Felix worked with Coca-Cola Enterprises for over 11 years, where he held various HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager. During his tenure, he was instrumental in developing talent strategies, managing employee relations, and driving organizational culture transformation.
