Greater Chicago Area, USA, September 2024 – Shauna Schoeder has been appointed as Vice President – Global Talent at IDEX Corporation, where she will lead the global talent strategies and initiatives for the organization. With her extensive background in talent management and development, Shauna is expected to play a key role in strengthening the company’s talent pipeline and fostering a high-performance culture across its global operations.
Before joining IDEX Corporation, Shauna served as Director of Talent Management & Strategy at Elevance Health for a brief tenure, where she led a team responsible for executing talent strategies, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning for the organization.
Prior to that, she held the role of Talent Strategy Director at Anthem, Inc. (now Elevance Health) for approximately 1 year, where she oversaw strategic talent initiatives to build and manage a diverse leadership pipeline while driving executive onboarding and leadership development programs.
Shauna also spent nearly 9 years at Grainger in various talent leadership roles. As the Director of Talent Development Partner, she worked closely with senior leadership to design talent planning processes and deploy core talent practices for the company’s commercial functions in Canada, Latin America, and the United States.
In her earlier career, Shauna worked at PepsiCo as an Organizational Management and Development Analyst, where she led career development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs for over 8,000 employees across multiple states.
