Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2024 – Rishu Garg has been promoted to the role of Chief People Officer (CPO) at DeHaat, one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the Agri-Tech sector. Rishu’s commitment to building a people-centric culture and her leadership in people management have been instrumental in driving DeHaat’s success. As she steps into this new role, Rishu is expected to continue fostering collaboration and enhancing workforce agility, contributing to the company’s mission of revolutionizing the agriculture sector.

Before Zivame, Rishu was the CHRO at RIVIGO, where she led HR operations for the logistics and technology company, driving talent recruitment, retention, and development strategies. Her leadership contributed to the creation of a high-performance culture, flexible workforce planning, and the introduction of automated HR operations.

Rishu’s journey also includes a significant tenure at G4S, where she served as Vice President & Head HR for G4S Facility Services India, managing 11,000+ employees. Her role also expanded to Head Talent & Rewards for G4S India, where she led manpower planning, performance management, and cultural transformation, earning the organization prestigious workplace awards.

Earlier in her career, she held key roles at EPL Limited, where she led Global Head of Organization Development, Performance & Rewards, and at Essar, where she managed HR operations and organizational development for multiple business units across industries.
