Alexandria, Egypt, October 2024 – Dr. Ramy Mohamed has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at ASG – Abdullah Saad Group. In his new role, Dr. Mohamed will oversee HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development for ASG, playing a crucial role in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans and ensuring excellence in HR operations across its diverse business units.
Before taking on his new role at ASG, Dr. Ramy Mohamed served as Human Resources Director at the same organization for over three years. During his tenure, he successfully led HR transformations and strategic initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and aligning HR operations with the company’s objectives.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Mohamed was the HR Manager at Frosty Foods where he focused on performance management and employee relations. Prior to that, he spent over 13 years at Coca-Cola Egypt, where he held multiple roles, including HR Manager and Outsourcing Labors Sector Manager. In these roles, he managed large-scale HR operations and developed strategies to improve workforce efficiency and engagement.
