Stephanie brings a wealth of experience in HR management and culture development, and her expertise will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s people-centric initiatives.
Before joining Infront Sports & Media AG, Stephanie served as Head of People and Culture at Lineup Systems, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy during a period of rapid growth. Stephanie was instrumental in implementing employee-centric initiatives, driving cultural transformation, and supporting leadership with HR operations that aligned with business goals.
Prior to her time at Lineup Systems, Stephanie spent over five years at ICP as an HR Manager, where she developed and managed HR operations for over 65 employees across the EMEA region. Her responsibilities included organizational design, employee relations, and talent management, contributing significantly to the company’s successful scaling and cultural evolution.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie held the role of HR Manager at Huge, where she oversaw HR operations during a crucial period of growth and transition. She successfully implemented performance management systems, managed global mobility programs, and supported the integration of company-wide HR strategies.
Stephanie also contributed to various HR functions during her tenure at Argyll as an HR Business Partner. Here, she led key employee relations cases and played a major role in change management initiatives, including restructuring and the integration of pension and benefit systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
