Cyprus, October 2024 – Anca Pirvan has started a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition at EXANTE, a global wealthtech company. In her new position, Anca will be responsible for leading and developing talent acquisition strategies across EXANTE’s international markets, ensuring the company continues to attract top-tier talent to support its ongoing global growth.
Anca Pirvan has been with EXANTE for over three years, where she held the role of Brokerage Talent Acquisition Team Lead before her current appointment. During her tenure, she was responsible for leading talent acquisition processes in the brokerage division. Her leadership and strategic oversight contributed significantly to streamlining recruitment across EXANTE’s global markets.
Prior to her role at EXANTE, Anca spent over three years as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Melco Resorts & Entertainment. Here, she played a pivotal role in recruiting talent for the City of Dreams Mediterranean, Europe’s largest resort. She led talent management strategies for key positions, enhancing the organization’s recruitment approach.
Anca also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for EXANTE for six months, focusing on aligning recruitment strategies with business needs and talent management for the company’s rapid growth. Her strong ability to manage recruitment processes globally further strengthened EXANTE’s talent pool.
Before that, she worked with WIN Sales & Marketing Programs as a Corporate Sales Associate/Sales Coach for over two years, where she gained expertise in people management and training. This experience gave her a solid foundation in managing talent pipelines and overseeing recruitment initiatives.
Anca’s early career includes her role as a Development Manager at Kunden Broker for nearly two years, followed by her experience as a Manager at Metropolitan Life in Romania. These roles provided her with hands-on experience in managing recruitment processes, developing HR strategies, and enhancing employer branding efforts.
