Alexandria, Virginia, United States, October 2024 – Olivia Shultz has recently taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace. In her new position, Olivia will lead a people-centric HR function as the company continues to expand its presence in the United States. With a strong background in talent management, HR strategy, and employee engagement, Olivia is poised to make a significant impact at Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace.
Before joining Kongsberg, Olivia served as Associate Director – Resource Management at AT&T for over a year. In this role, she led a team responsible for staffing mission-critical contracts within AT&T’s Federal Solutions portfolio. Her leadership in resource management contributed to the success of several important projects.
Prior to AT&T, Olivia was the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition at Hexagon US Federal, where she oversaw HR and recruiting efforts for a 450-person organization. She also held a key role as HR Director at SES Government Solutions, where she managed HR operations for a FOCI-mitigated organization.
Olivia’s extensive HR experience also includes her time at NS2 Mission and Scitor Corporation, where she played a significant role in integrating acquired companies and managing large-scale HR initiatives. With over 15 years of HR expertise, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead HR teams and drive organizational success.
