Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, October 2024 – Corey Bainerman has taken on the role of Vice President, People Operations (Fractional) at Bridgit, a leading workforce planning software provider. In this role, Corey will be responsible for overseeing strategic HR initiatives and enhancing the overall employee experience in a fractional capacity, while focusing on talent development, compensation, and leadership programs to align with Bridgit’s growth.
Corey currently serves as the People and Culture Lead (Fractional) at Kahi Inc., where they oversee HR functions such as strategy, roadmaps, and organizational culture. Corey has held this role for the past 4 months.
Additionally, Corey is the Owner and Principal Consultant at Good Growth HR, where they have been leading HR initiatives and consulting projects for over 3 years. Their work focuses on developing HR strategies and improving organizational performance across various industries.
Previously, Corey held the position of Vice President, People & Culture at Orangutech, where they were responsible for the overall HR vision, employee experience, and talent attraction for nearly 8 months. Corey was instrumental in driving Orangutech’s recognition as a top workplace in Ottawa and Canada.
Before joining Orangutech, Corey worked as the Head (Director) of Human Resources at Monkedia, where they oversaw the rapid growth of the organization, scaling it from 30 to 70 employees within a year. They led a team of two, reporting directly to the CEO and were involved in strategic HR leadership for 1 year and 2 months.
