Azerbaijan, September 2024 – Shafa Aliyeva has been appointed as the Head of Reward and HR Business Partnering at PASHA Real Estate Group. In her new role, Shafa will lead strategic HR functions with a focus on reward systems and business partnering, supporting the organization’s growth and operational efficiency.

Before joining PASHA Real Estate Group, Shafa Aliyeva served as Compensation and Benefits Manager at NEQSOL Holding for five months, where she implemented key strategies to enhance the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. She also held the role of Human Resources Expert at NEQSOL for two years, where she contributed to the development of HR policies and talent management strategies.

Prior to her tenure at NEQSOL, Shafa spent more than five years at PASHA Bank OJSC, where she progressively advanced through HR roles. She served as Head of Business Partnering Division, overseeing HR strategies that aligned with the organization’s business goals. Before that, she worked as a Senior HR Business Partner, responsible for talent development, compensation management, and employee engagement.

Shafa’s early career began at PASHA Bank OJSC as an HR Business Partner, where she supported organizational development and HR project management. Her foundational HR experience includes roles at Bank Standard Azerbaijan and as an HR Assistant, which laid the groundwork for her extensive expertise in talent management, compensation, and strategic HR planning.
