Prior to joining General RV Center, Beth was the Senior Human Resource Business Partner at KinderCare Learning Companies, where she spent over five years driving HR initiatives that aligned with business objectives, supporting both staff development and operational excellence. Her expertise in HR leadership was further honed at Rainbow Child Care Center, where she served as Director of Human Resources for nearly five years, overseeing HR functions that supported the company’s growth and employee engagement.
Beth’s earlier career includes her role as Regional Human Resources Manager at Party City, where she managed HR operations across multiple locations, and as Regional HR Business Partner at CVS Health, where she focused on talent management and HR strategy. Her foundational experience in HR began at Babies R Us/Toys R Us as Regional HR Manager, where she dedicated nearly 11 years to employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development across the Greater Detroit Area.
