Chicago, Illinois, United States – November 2024 – Justin Klusas has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Circana, where he will lead HR strategies to support the company’s growth and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Circana, Justin was the Human Resources Director at LexisNexis, where he spent over seven years advancing HR initiatives across multiple roles. As HR Director, he partnered with commercial client groups, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies, enhancing organizational alignment with business goals.
Before his time at LexisNexis, Justin served as an HR Generalist at Hobsons, providing HR support across sales and admissions teams. In this role, he led employee relations efforts, conducted exit interviews to identify key insights, and managed new hire orientation, helping to build a cohesive team environment.
Earlier in his career, Justin gained valuable HR experience at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology as an HR Specialist. He played a pivotal role in recruiting adjunct faculty, managing onboarding, and resolving employee relations issues across multiple campuses, which contributed to a stronger academic and workplace culture.
Justin began his HR career as a Human Resources Associate at Brainlab, where he oversaw payroll, benefits administration, and on/off-boarding for North American employees. His work here laid a strong foundation in HR operations and employee engagement, setting the stage for his successful career in human resources.
