Adoram brings a wealth of leadership experience, particularly in business development, innovation, and strategic management, and is expected to spearhead Nübrace’s growth trajectory and global market expansion.
Adoram Leshem has an impressive professional background spanning over two decades. Most recently, he served as the Founder of FLO Accessories for nearly 20 years. Under his leadership, the company specialized in developing innovative beauty and fragrance accessories, globally patented and designed for on-the-go lifestyles. Through his work with FLO Accessories, Adoram also established ICG-Ventures, an investment fund dedicated to identifying and commercializing innovative consumer goods.
Before founding FLO Accessories, Adoram was the Vice President of Business Development at Pharm-Up Group Ltd., where he managed eight companies across medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. His role included overseeing manufacturing, marketing, and distribution operations across the US and EU markets, driving strategic growth for the organization.
Adoram also served as the VP of Business Development at Rostam, focusing on international business development, mergers and acquisitions, and sales strategy. During this time, he successfully facilitated strategic partnerships and led initiatives to expand the company’s market footprint globally.
Earlier in his career, Adoram worked as a Management Consultant at Shaldor Strategic Management Consulting, where he specialized in business development, organizational strategy, and marketing for industries such as communications, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. He contributed significantly to client projects, including mergers and acquisitions and driving organizational change.
Adoram’s career began with notable achievements in strategic management consulting, which laid the foundation for his expertise in leading innovation-driven organizations.
