Danielle brings over a decade of expertise in HR and talent management across international markets. Prior to joining Armis, she served at Veracode, where she most recently held the role of Principal People Business Partner International, leading HR strategies for EMEA and APAC regions. Her tenure included creating tailored people solutions that aligned with business objectives and enhancing employee engagement.
Previously, Danielle spent six years at Ellucian, where she advanced from Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to HR Business Partner for EMEA & APAC. She played a pivotal role in streamlining HR operations and spearheading talent initiatives across diverse geographies, further establishing her as a leader in global HR management.
Her career began at Amey, where she held multiple roles, including HR Advisor, focusing on recruitment and employee services. Her early experience in recruitment at Identify Group Ltd laid a strong foundation for her journey into strategic HR leadership.
